Rebekah, 33

Rebekah lost 2 stone with Exante.

After two pregnancies and treatment for cancer, Rebekah's weight had crept up and she turned to Exante to make healthy changes.

"I've learned that as long as you want something badly enough, you will get it."

Rebekah noticed a difference very quickly and loved how the plan fit into her lifestyle. "I noticed a change within the first week! The diet fit perfectly into my lifestyle as everything was so easy to take on the go, especially with having 2 kids!"

Rebekah is on the road to recovery and enjoying feeling like herself again. "Exante has allowed me to feel like myself again. After a grueling 6 months of cancer treatment, I physically couldn't have looked much different and felt total despair at getting back to 'normal'. Being on the plan again since January has made me believe I can get back to the way I was before!"

Katie, 28.

Kate lost one and a half stone with Exante.

Her lack of self-confidence and her job made Katie decide to make a change with Exante. "I simply felt unhappy with how I looked and lacked self-confidence. I coach athletes and I felt it made me a poor coach to ask them to be in best physical fitness if I wasn't. I knew I had to make changes and that meant losing weight and changing how I looked and felt."

Lucy didn't always find the diet easy but realised the importance of keeping going. "I think the best advice is to just take one day at a time. If you put in the work you'll get there in the end and setbacks are ok - it's normal! So instead of letting it knock you down, get up the next day and start fresh."

"I also try to keep active and I think that's key. Nutrition and diet are important but being active not only aids healthy weight loss
but it improves your appearance as well as your general mood, and makes you want to avoid the bad foods."

Katie now loves going clothes shopping and has even developed her career further thanks to Exante. "I love that I can go to a shop pick up a dress and know it will fit - I can buy jeans and not worry! It's really lovely to try on trousers and think "I need a smaller size" rather than the other way around."

"Following my weight loss I gained confidence in not only my personal life but my professional life too. I went on to make the final three nominees of talent development coach of the year 2016 with UK coaching and that was a huge honour. If it wasn't for losing weight I wouldn't have gained the confidence and achieved all I did in coaching last year!"

Karen, 45.

Karen lost nearly 4 stone with Exante.

After a bad skiing accident, Karen's explains how she started to put weight on. "I was in a wheelchair and on crutches for 3 years. During that time my already troublesome weight spiralled way out of control. When l was told l may lose my leg after the surgeons repairing my leg severed the main artery by mistake! Anyway, to cut a long story short, l basically comfort ate. When it came to having physio I realised it was twice the effort to recover just because of my weight and that's when I decided to do something about it."

"The biggest thing I have learned is to drink water and to use it as my go-to product when l feel hungry. Although l knew that thirst is often confused with hunger l had never really understood it before. Now when l feel hungry, l drink a glass of water, wait 15 mins and then decide if I'm really actually hungry or not."

Karen's life has completely changed following Exante. "My life is now completely different. I have a dog who l walk up to 1.5hrs every day, prior to Exante l would huff and puff round the park for a maximum of 20 mins. Not only have l lost weight, the dog has too as she's getting more exercise as well!! My self-confidence is increasing daily and I'm starting to enjoy social occasions again (I had become very insular and reluctant to socialise). I no longer spend all day every day in jogging bottoms, sitting in the house and instead feel that l am beginning to enjoy life again after 5 years of hiding behind my weight and using my injured leg as an excuse not to participate fully in life."
