Digital Springboard Program Terms

These program terms establish the understanding between Infoxchange and the Partner to work together on Digital Springboard.

Background
Digital Springboard recognises digital inclusion as a major economic and equity challenge confronting Australia and aims to take meaningful steps to help people learn the digital skills they need to thrive in work and life. Digital Springboard is a national initiative that strives to help people improve their digital confidence to find work or further their careers.

The Digital Springboard courses will be delivered in-person through trusted organisations known as ‘delivery partners’. The delivery partners will engage in train-the-trainer opportunities, find appropriate training audiences and deliver the curriculum to improve the digital skills and confidence of the communities they support.

Expectations
Infoxchange will undertake the following:
  • Infoxchange will provide curriculum and training materials.
  • Infoxchange will endeavour to support train the trainer activities.
  • Infoxchange will provide support to aid the delivery of the Digital Springboard curriculum.
  • Infoxchange will provide brand style guidelines that stipulate the brands intended use and application of the brand by Partners.
  • Infoxchange will oversee and manage the monitoring and evaluation data collected throughout the program.

The Partner will undertake the following:
  • Attending in-person or online train the trainer sessions for each course they intend to deliver.
  • To the best of their ability, the Partner will deliver the training in accordance with the train-the-trainer guidance.
  • The Partner will utilise the most up-to-date version of Digital Springboard curriculum in delivery.
  • The Partner will utilise the materials provided to support delivery of Digital Springboard curriculum.
  • The Partner will adhere to Digital Springboard style guidelines provided by Infoxchange.
  • The Partner will undertake the monitoring and evaluation requirements outlined in the Digital Springboard curriculum.
  • The Partner will fulfill reporting requirements to Infoxchange.
  • The Partner will have public liability insurance coverage, and for evidence of this to be made available upon request.

Curriculum
The Digital Springboard curriculum is owned by Infoxchange and shared under the Creative Commons license Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Australia. Under the following terms:
  • Attribution: You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
  • Non-Commercial: You may not use the material for commercial purposes.
  • No Derivatives: If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.

The Partner will receive access to the curriculum training resources including slide decks and presenter notes. The Partner can share the resources with participants and with employees of the Partner organisation only. These resources are to be used in accordance with this agreement.

Term
These Program Terms are at-will and may be modified by mutual consent of authorised officials from Infoxchange and the Partner. These terms shall become effective upon signature by the authorised officials from Infoxchange and the Partner and will remain in effect until modified or terminated by any one of the Partners with one month’s notice.
