CAFP Communications Survey ... We Want to Hear from You!

Welcome!

What are you reading, watching, hearing … our inquiring minds want to know!

CAFP produces a number of communications vehicles to keep members, policy and decision makers, and the public up-to-date on our work, on topics of interest to family medicine and on important public health issues.  Our readership numbers are favorable, but we really need to know what YOU want to read, watch, hear … in other words, are we communicating with you in the way you prefer, with information you need?

Please give us 10 minutes of your precious time to complete this communications survey.  We’ll present the results at our Board of Directors-Committee Chairs Engagement Planning meeting in July and use your feedback to develop our plans for 2019 and beyond.  The survey is anonymous – we don’t need your name or contact information …. But, if you’d like to leave both, your name will be entered in a drawing for one of three $150 Amazon gift cards.

Thank you so much for your time and thoughtful feedback.
