City of Fort Collins Bicycle Parking Needs Survey

The City received a $25,000 Federal Urbanized Area Formula Grant for additional bicycle parking at transit stops and stations. The purpose of this survey is to obtain your input on which stops and stations need more bicycle parking. The City will install the facilities in fall 2018. This survey should take five minutes to complete. Your participation is greatly appreciated.

1. Do you utilize bicycle parking facilities at MAX stations and/or other transit stops within the city of Fort Collins? *This question is required.

2. Please list MAX stations and/or other transit stops where you have observed a need for additional bicycle parking facilities. *This question is required.

3. What is the closest intersection to your home address? This information will help the City determine the geographic distribution of survey respondents. *This question is required.
