Hello, da Vinci 2018-19 Families!
Each year a school remakes itself as some families leave and others join. We're asking all families to fill out this survey so we can create a 2018-19 Carpool List, Family Directory and learn more about how you want to be involved at da Vinci! The Carpool and Directory will be shared with other families so you can connect with each other. Participation is optional and you can just include the amount of information you wish to share.

We've folded our Community Resource questions into this survey too,
knowing that we cannot do all of the amazing things that happen at da Vinci alone.
We NEED YO to step up with all of your generous creativity and
continue taking action to keep da Vinci the wonder that it is!
