OTA Service Registration Process

Volvo Remote Programming Registration

Thank you for your interest in the Volvo Remote Programming service!
To register, please fill out the form below.

Once submitted, our Registration Team will perform a contact verification and vehicle eligibility* check.

(*Only trucks built after October 2016 [Model year 2017, 2018 or above] are eligible for Remote Programming. Eligible trucks must be Volvo-powered with Greenhouse Gas 2017 Emissions and equipped with Remote Diagnostics.)

Within 10 business days of registration, you will receive a confirmation email stating that you are now live, along with a complete overview of the service.

Company/Fleet  VIN 
Enter ONE complete 17-digit VIN number for a 2017 or above truck to properly identify your trucks during the verification process.
You can also upload your entire VIN list as an EXCEL file below by browsing to a saved version on your computer.

Contact Information

Please provide the contact information of any person(s) who you authorize to request/approve remote updates to all VINs eligible for remote programming.

These details will only be shared with the Remote Programming Support Team.

Primary authorized person to contact when software updates and parameter changes are available for a truck(s).
This will be the person who will receive Remote Diagnostics emails for cases where a Remote Software Update can improve a fault. This person will also receive the ASIST case notes.
