Aged Care Enterprise Agreement Negotiations - Have Your Say!

We want to hear from you about what matters most. Please complete this brief online survey.
Your enterprise agreement is an important document that sets out your legally enforceable wages and employment conditions. Without an enterprise agreement your wages and conditions are (where you are working in worksites not in the State Public sector or for local government) set by the modern award (the Nurses Award 2010 or Aged Care Award 2010).

With your support and engagement, we have a better chance to achieve better wages, better resident care and better conditions. For example – do you have input into your roster and breaks? Do you feel you have sufficient time to complete your allocated tasks each shift? Are unplanned absences backfilled wherever possible?

Please take the time and have your say!

This information is strictly confidential and will assist the ANMF to address your concerns.
