Welcome to the Tennessee Department of Health's Job Shadowing Interest Form. Assisting the Department in understanding what you would like to learn will help us identify the best opportunity available to you. We will contact you if we find that your interests align with a potential placement.
Application Process:
We have a centralized application process, managed by the Talent Management Director.
- To apply, please complete the application on the following pages. You may be asked to submit a resume.
- Your application will be forwarded to potential preceptors who will review your application and may request additional information.
- Not all individuals can be accepted due to limited staff capacity.
- Individuals who are accepted may be required to complete additional paperwork.
