Dear CWA Members and All Correctional Employees,

Since learning about the unsafe mold conditions that forced the closing of the Anthony Correctional Center at the end of May, CWA District 2-13 staff have been working to ensure the safety of all employees who have worked at the facility. We have been in talks with management to get to the bottom of the events that led to the unsafe conditions, to advocate for appropriate services for health care and benefits, and to ensure all mold conditions are properly and completely remediated.

Please help us to help you by providing contact information and answering the questions on this form. The information is intended for CWA to enable us to better advocate on your behalf, to keep a record of everyone who worked at the Center when mold may have been present, to determine additional needs, and to communicate with you in a timely manner.
