Thank you for registering for the 45th Annual UCLA Teaching Assistant Conference!

Please make sure to bring your Bruin ID Card to check in! You will use it for each workshop and special event.

Your schedule of workshops and special events will be included in your confirmation email along with your Bruin ID number. Please keep this for your reference.

Check in for the conference is from 7:30–8:45 a.m. in Dickson Court South. Pick up your participant tote bag and materials (and a printed schedule, if you'd like one) here. After checking in, join us for breakfast on site and learn about TA Resources while earning raffle tickets (details are distributed at check-in inside participant bags).

At 9:00 a.m., walk with us to Haines 39 for the Plenary talk, Why Teaching Matters.

If you are unable to check in on Monday before 8:45 a.m., just proceed to your workshops. You may pick up your participant tote bag at any special event – the Plenary, the Distinguished Teaching Panel, or the Closing Reception.

Note: Humanities Building was recently renamed Kaplan Hall. Our workshop room information reflects that change.
