DRIVING
Plan to arrive at the Cincinnati Airport Marriott by 1:00 p.m. EST on Friday, January 14, 2022. Driving directions are available here.
Ample parking is provided at no cost at the hotel.
FLYING
Your flight must arrive at the Cincinnati/Northern KY airport (CVG) no later than 12:30 p.m. EST on Friday, January 14, 2022.
Once you have collected your luggage, proceed to the Ground Transportation area of the airport outside of the baggage claim and call the Marriott Front Desk (859-586-0166) to dispatch the complimentary Marriott Hotel Airport Shuttle. The airport shuttle will run continuously between the terminal and the hotel between 4:30 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. on Friday.
Please plan on booking your departure flight NO EARLIER than 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 16, 2022.
EARLY ARRIVAL
If you are flying from the west coast and are not able to find a flight that arrives by 12:30 p.m. (CVG) on Friday, you may arrive Thursday night.
If you arrive into CVG on Thursday night, you may arrive at any time, although you may not be able to check in to your room until the afternoon. The complimentary hotel shuttle runs from the terminal to the Marriott until 1:00 a.m.
