NBT Program Feedback


About a year ago, I launched the NBT 7-min analysis. The analysis utilises machine learning algorithms to predict the results of some of the biomedical testing we do as part of our Elite Performance Program.

Since then, around 10,000 people have completed the analysis.

The questions are entirely close-ended (radio buttons) except for the very last one:

When it comes to maintaining health and fitness, what’s the single biggest challenge you’ve been struggling with?

So far, we've received around 7,500 unique responses, and recently, I used another machine learning algorithm to summarise your responses into eight topics that I think represent your most significant health challenges.

The topics are:

  1. Time management

  2. Motivation

  3. Energy levels

  4. Diet

  5. Sleep

  6. Exercise

  7. Weight loss

  8. Consistency

Our upcoming program will include a complete brain dump on all the above topics together with actionable advice.

We’ll be starting the program in the autumn.

However, we need your help. Before I start recording, I need to make sure we’ve covered everything.
