The California Restaurant Association Foundation invites you to participate in FIT™. FIT brings soft-skills and job readiness training to high school culinary arts programs (ProStart programs) on a single training day, Oct. 23. Restaurant and hospitality industry volunteers teach the curriculum and share personal anecdotes and advice, while students gain a better perspective on the professionalism, teamwork, workplace communication and leadership skills necessary for successful careers.
