Use this form if you'd like to take out a swim membership with us - either for yourself, your child, or a child for whom you have guardianship - and you'd like to pay by direct debit using your bank account. What you'll need

  • A head and shoulders photo of yourself (or new member, if you're applying on behalf of someone else). If you don't have a photo handy, pop down to your local pool reception to get one taken.
     
  • Your bank account details
     
  • If you have a Community Services Card, SuperGold Card, or Student ID card, have a scan of the card ready to upload
     
  • If you are an Aquatic Sports Club member, have proof of your club membership ready to upload. (This may be a membership receipt, or club invoice, or a document from your coach confirming your club membership)

Personal information collected will be used for the administration of entry process. All information collected will be held at Wellington City Council (WCC). We may pass your contact details on to a credit reporting agency if you default on any agreed payments to WCC.

Your information will be held by WCC. We look after your personal information by making sure it is held, and disposed of, securely. You have the right to request access to any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
