Introduction

Welcome!
This survey is part of a larger research effort to identify and understand what Pinnacle, best-in-class, delivery centers are doing differently to change the talent paradigm – how they have built and orchestrated talent capabilities, what techniques they have implemented to enable talent model transformation, and what business outcomes they have delivered to their organizations. Given that the future of global organizations is dependent on their ability to build the right workforce, we believe this study will be vital to parent and GIC leaders in designing talent strategies and increasing competitive advantage.

What’s in it for you?
You will learn how your peers – and the best of the best – are dealing with today’s most critical issue – talent. We will share a complimentary summary analysis of survey results six to eight weeks after survey closes.

Survey time and access
The survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. In cases where you do not have access to specific data, please provide estimates.
