Welcome to the HR Advancement Center's
2018 HR Staffing and Productivity Benchmarking Initiative Survey!

This survey asks about HR span of service ratios, general HR department expenses, the degree of outsourcing of HR functions, and technology adoption at the system-level. Unless otherwise indicated, please include HR employees from across your organization (i.e., both at a central office and at local sites) when you report your data.

We recommend that you download a copy of the survey to gather your data before entering your information below. You may download the survey here.
