The City of Westminster is updating its
Unified Development Code and Design Standards, which will guide future development and redevelopment within the City. The update process has just recently begun, and we are looking to you for important feedback that will ultimately help inform the direction and outcome of this project.
The intent of this exercise to identify
appropriate design variables for a variety of building types and street frontages that could occur with new development and/or redevelopment opportunities. At this stage, we will be reviewing the findings from this activity at a high level. Therefore, these findings are not directed toward specific sites or areas.
