The Rob and Christel Adams Veterinary Technician Scholarship Fund Nomination Form

Thank you for your interest in nominating a Rob R. and Christel Adams Veterinary Technician Scholarship Recipient. The Spring, 2019 Nomination deadline is November 15, 2018.

The Fund's mission is to support veterinary assistants who are interested in furthering their careers through additional education and pursuing an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Veterinary Technology in Alabama.

Eligibility Requirements:

Graduating high school senior or equivalent (GED) or current student pursuing an Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology in Alabama
Cumulative 2.5 grade point average or above
At least one year experience as a veterinary assistant (full or part time)
Nomination form completed by November 15, 2018 5pm ET
Accepted to or currently attending a feeder vet tech program in Alabama that is accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association
Demonstrated financial need

Additional information:

Scholarship awards are made through a competitive process and are available for up to two years for direct educational expenses, tuition, fees, on-campus room and board and books for the academic year.
