There is pecuniary support available for early career researchers. Early career includes PhD students and those up to ten years after PhD. Please use this form to help us budget and provide you with a minimum amount that you will be offered towards travel expenses. For students and postdocs, please provide a short CV and a supporting letter from your adviser or postdoc mentor. Your CV should be accompanied by a short summary of your research interests, and how they relate to this conference.

Successful applicants

If funding support is offered, you will receive a letter as a .PDF file that is signed by the Director or Deputy Director of the Fields Institute. Funds are only paid out as a reimbursement of actual expenses incurred. The reimbursement will be sent as a cheque by mail six to eight weeks after receipt of an acceptable reimbursement form and supporting receipts. For reimbursement instructions, please see the Fields Institute Reimbursement Policies.
