Courier Survey

The purpose of this San Francisco Municipal Transportation (SFMTA) survey is to understand the challenges couriers experience while performing deliveries within the City of San Francisco. In understanding these challenges, the SFMTA will better understand the role courier network services play in San Francisco and their use of the overall transportation network. These findings may also help inform the city's future transportation planning decisions, including commercial loading strategies.
