Application to become a Project Learning Tree facilitator - early childhood emphasis

Please fill out this application to become a PLT early childhood facilitator.

Facilitators are specially trained volunteers who teach other educators how to use PLT materials.

NOTE: You must choose "YES" for the first THREE questions to be eligible.

1. Will you have you attended a PLT early childhood EDUCATOR workshop before Nov. 17? *This question is required.

2. Do you agree to help facilitate at least one workshop by June 30, 2020? *This question is required.

3. Can you attend the PLT early childhood FACILITATOR training on November 17, 2018 at McColl Pond Environmental Learning Center in Savage? *This question is required.

4. Are you a already a facilitator for Project Learning Tree, WILD or WET? *This question is required.
