Group Reservation Request

All groups larger than 10 looking to use Edora Pool Ice Center (EPIC), Mulberry Pool or City Park Pool are required to book a reservation at least 14 days in advance, as we need adequate time to plan for appropriate staffing and capacity. To support this, groups are asked to complete the online group request form. We are unable to accommodate group visits without a confirmed reservation. Groups that arrive without prior approval may be turned away if we are at capacity or do not have sufficient staffing.

Groups over 100 must schedule a reservation 30 days in advance. Reservations requested outside the scheduling requirements will be based on facility availability and approval by Recreation Management. To ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere, we request that you adhere to the Recreation Facility Regulations when visiting a City of Fort Collins Recreation facility. The regulations are posted at each recreation facility and are available online on the Recreation website.

Please note, groups must be accompanied and supervised by an identified group leader or chaperone during the entire length of the visit. Parents, guardians, leaders, or chaperones are responsible for supervising participants/students during all activities and throughout the entire facility.
