Thank you for responding to our call for volunteers for the photo shoot. As the Lawrence Hopewell Trail continues to expand, we always need photos for our website, brochures, press releases, flyers and other materials. We love to show off the trail and the people who enjoy it.
In an effort to develop a greater inventory of high quality images, we are planning a series of photo shoots to include a number of people enjoying the trail. We hope to create images that are representative of the general public who use the trail, thus are seeking a range of diversity of people, places, and activity.
Would you be willing to spend a little time with our photographer along the trail, doing a specific activity for the camera on a date we arrange in advance with you? We will also ask you to sign-off on the use of the photo/s in our materials.
Please take a few minutes to respond so that we can plan a successful portrayal of our community.
Our plan is to schedule more than one photo shoot. If we ask you to participate, we will provide specific times and places to meet.
