V2 NEW 2018 Certification Application

What Works Cities Certification is the standard of excellence for data-driven local government. The program’s 45 criteria outline the people, processes, and policies foundational to a well-managed city.

Completing the Certification application will enable you to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your local government’s management, benchmark your practices against those of your peers, determine how you can improve, and get support to drive outcomes for your community. In order for your submission to be considered for 2018 Certification, you must complete this application by December 31, 2018.
