NOTICE TO BIDDERS


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North County Educational Purchasing Consortium of San Diego County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the Consortium will receive up to, but not later than 10:00 am on November 2, 2018, sealed bids for the award of a contract for the following:

Custodial Chemical Supplies Multiple Award, Consortium Bid No. 1-19C

Such bids shall be received in the office of the Director of Purchasing, MiraCosta College, 1 Barnard Drive, Oceanside, CA 92056 and shall be opened at that time and place.  A bid summary will be issued 72 hours after bid opening. 

Each bid must conform and be responsive to this invitation, the Information for Bidders, the Specifications, and all other documents comprising the pertinent Contract Documents. Copies of the Contract Documents are now on file and may be obtained in the office of the Director of Purchasing at the above address or by calling 760-795-6792.

The Consortium reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or to reject any one or more items of a bid, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bids or in the bidding.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids.
