This survey is conducted by Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council (Early Help)Personal Information: The following survey asks for information so that your application for a parenting programme can be processed and a pin code be released for you to access it. In order to do this we need to ask specific questions that detail your name, the make-up of the family and the children’s ages etc. Your information will be used to help us give you access to the parenting programme and to enable us to record how many parents are accessing Triple P Online/how many parents complete the course. By entering your details and clicking SUBMIT you are consenting to the Early Help Service (Rotherham Council) to store your information fairly, confidentially and securely so that we can make contact and give access to the Triple P Online Parenting Programme.
