Space Robotics Challenge Phase 2


The purpose of the Competitor Registration Form is to collect all necessary information in order to compete in the Space Robotics Challenge.  

This form must be completed and submitted by 5pm Central Time on December 20, 2019.


In order to properly complete and submit this registration form, please be prepared to provide the following information for yourself and, if applicable, all other team members:
  • Name, email address, age, and organizational affiliation
  • Country of citizenship
  • Proof of Citizenship (please see Documents for Proof of Citizenship)
  • Required Team Documentation
    • Signed Team Agreement
    • Signed Adoption Agreement from each team member
    • Proof of insurance coverage for the team
    • Foreign Student Acknowledgement Form, if applicable
    • Foreign Participant Acknowledgement Form, if applicable
    • Federal Employee Authorization Form, if applicable
    • Proof of Student Visa, if applicable
If you cannot obtain the above information, you will not be able to complete the registration process.
