This is a survey of all F2 doctors currently working in Severn Deanery. It has been developed by trainee doctors working within Severn.
The aim is to analyse the views of current F2 doctors about the transition from F1-2, and whether there is adequate support during this. It is part of a wider piece of work to try to support the transition from F1-2, and also transitions between different jobs during foundation training. Your help can shape what additional support can be put in place, so please answer honestly.
The survey is anonymous, and the data gathered will only be used to assess the transition process, and to develop resources for the support of future foundation trainees.
