Instructions: The Arch Award was established to recognize and reward both the extent and the quality of student participation in student organizations and in School and University governance. If you are an enrolled full-time or part-time undergraduate or a graduate student graduating in September 2018, January 2019, or May 2019, you should submit a cumulative record of your participation in School/University governance and student organizations for evaluation by the Committee on Student Awards.

The deadline to submit this application is Friday, February 15, 2019.


In addition, you should have one or more faculty sponsors submit a recommendation to "Faculty Recommendation for Arch Award and Departmental Banner Bearer Award 2018-2019".  The deadline for recommendations is also Friday, February 15, 2019.
