STAR 2019: Lesson Plan Submission Form

Lesson Plan Submission Form

Hello STAR Fellows, and congrats on (almost!) completing your 2018 STAR experience. We will use your entries on this form to compile and format your lesson plan, which we hope will be circulated among your peers and eventually open to the public. Please COPY and PASTE your STAR Lesson Plan from the formatted lesson plan Template you've been working on in your weekly inquiry workshops. If your lesson plan is complete, the upload process should only take about 15 minutes.

Please have ready:

A pdf of your lesson plan which is formatted the way you like, contains any worksheets, photos, etc. (max. 10 MB)
Your completed STAR Lesson Plan Template

Your information will be inserted into a database, so please refrain from formatting using bold, underline, automatically numbered lists, bullet lists, etc., and also avoid special characters (for example, ' " & / %).
