Exhibitor Information

11. Are you utilizing an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC)? *This question is required.
Hired EACs are required to submit a copy of their Certificate of Insurance on exhibitorinsurance.com by March 25, 2019. The submission gains the EAC access into the expo hall.

Booth Information
Please note the following NEW height limitations:
  • In-line Booth - 8 ft. 3 in.
  • End-Cap Peninsula Booth - Center portion of back wall 16 ft., back wall is restricted to 4 ft. high within 5 ft. of each side aisle
  • Peninsula Booth - 16 ft.
  • Island Booth - 16 ft.
NEW Hanging sign max height is 20 ft. from the top of the sign to the floor.

19. Will you be utilizing the same booth design that was approved for SupplySide West 2018? *This question is required.
