DRC Sustainability Checklist

Dear SPI-9 and SPI-12 Applicants,

Please complete and submit the attached Sustainability Checklist along with your required materials no later than the Friday prior to your upcoming presentation to the Development Review Committee.  As with all materials submitted to the Development Review Committee regarding your projects, this information will be made available to the public through LBI website and other communications channels.

This form is designed to achieve three things:
•    To ensure you, the applicant, are aware of community goals and initiatives that fall outside of zoning code requirements, but are desired in all development proposals;
•    To capture information about unique design aspects of your project that should be highlighted and featured in local informational channels; and
•    To provide links to valuable resources that might aid in the development of your project in a manner consistent with community desires.

Please refer to the Livable Buckhead Strategic Sustainability Plan for further information. Direct all questions regarding this checklist to michelle@livablebuckhead.org.

Thank you in advance for your efforts to incorporate these community goals into your projects.
