Booking a School Tour

Thank you for requesting a school tour of a Bellevue Arts Museum! Please fill out all fields completely.

After your request has been submitted, a BAM staff member will email you within a week.
School group and youth tours can be booked during the Museum's open hours Wednesday - Sunday.
Out of consideration for our Docents, we require two weeks' advance notice for tour bookings.

Group and booking details

BAM offers private tours during our public hours, Wednesday - Sunday.

In order to facilitate the best possibly tours and to ensure the safety of the artwork in the museum, we require the following student:chaperone ratios on all school tours:

Pre-K: 5:1
Elementary: 8:1
Middle School and High School: 10:1

Chaperones receive free admission to BAM for school tours, up to a 2:1 student:chaperone ratio (e.g., 20 students and 12 chaperones, the tour group will pay for the additional two chaperones).
