The aim of this research is:
  • To investigate the relationships between a series of short measures covering self-compassion, self-regulation, emotional intelligence, the experience of social change (including the possible impact of Brexit) and general health
The (anonymized) findings will be disseminated via a webinar provided by the Association for Business Psychology in order to provide stimulating thought leadership in this area.

This first questionnaire typically takes 4 - 8 minutes to complete and asks 20 questions about your response to social change (including Brexit) and its impact on work.

Once complete, you will be emailed an invitation to complete a second batch of questions assessing your self-compassion, self-regulation, emotional intelligence and general health (collectively these may take a further 15 to 25 minutes to complete). This second batch of research is being led by Business Psychologist Dr Tatiana Rowson. Once completed, you will be emailed a personalised report on your compassion and EQ.
