The aim of this research is:
- To investigate the relationships between a series of short measures covering self-compassion, self-regulation, emotional intelligence, the experience of social change (including the possible impact of Brexit) and general health
The (anonymized) findings will be disseminated via a webinar provided by the Association for Business Psychology in order to provide stimulating thought leadership in this area.
This first questionnaire typically takes 4 - 8 minutes to complete and asks 20 questions about your response to social change (including Brexit) and its impact on work.
Once complete, you will be emailed an invitation to complete a second batch of questions assessing your self-compassion, self-regulation, emotional intelligence and general health (collectively these may take a further 15 to 25 minutes to complete). This second batch of research is being led by Business Psychologist Dr Tatiana Rowson. Once completed, you will be emailed a personalised report on your compassion and EQ.
If you need to exit the questionnaire but wish to return to where you left off later, please use the 'save and continue' bar at the top of the page. This survey contains a PollLink (www.poll-pool.com) on the last page .
