Open House Registration

Open Houses may be held ONLY on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays @ 1 – 4 p.m.

This form must be received by 3:00 p.m. the Monday or Thursday prior to the open house. Registrations cannot by entered the same day as the open house. Registrations are valid for up to 30 days. You must re-submit this form for additional 30-day periods. If you have any questions regarding open house registration, please call (239) 947-8563.

Owners selling their homes are required to register their home sale with the administration office. This will facilitate access for Realtors and prospective buyers to view your property, while maintaining the integrity of Pelican Landing's privacy policies. The "Home for Sale/Lease Registration Form" is available on the Pelican Landing website and at the Community Center.
