2019 Teacher Entry Form

Teachers, if your students are planning to participate in the 2019 Kids Don’t Float poster contest, please fill out and submit this form by March 15, 2019.

The winning posters will be chosen by the Alaska Office of Boating Safety by May 1, 2018 and will be displayed at the Loussac Library. Contact kosette.isakson@alaska.gov with any questions.

5. The Alaska Office of Boating Safety can provide a "Choose Life" Boating Safety poster to our students. The back of this poster can be used as a blank canvas for a student-created poster. Would you like us to send you any of these posters? If yes, how many?
