ETC Manual

We are in the process of updating our ETC Manual. You may remember it as the large document you get in basic training. Our goal is to make this document a piece that supplements and enhances Basic Training, and serves as a resource you can use throughout your tenure as ETC.

The first major process will be making it ‘visually appealing’ through imagery, structure, and other elements. However, to help us with ensuring the content is valuable to you, we would love for you to answer the following questions:
