Draft City Plan Events RSVP

Draft City Plan Events

Our Community Vision and Values are the why. They help everyone understand what kind of community we want to be in the future and set the direction for policies, programs, and decisions.

The “Big Ideas” section of City Plan is the what. It builds on the community vision and describes the changes, actions, and priorities we will need to focus on to achieve our shared goals for the next 10-20 years.

The Policies and Implementation section of the plan is the how. These detailed polices outline the work we need to accomplish and help identify areas where we need to find funding, do additional research or engagement, or establish new programs.

So what do you think? Does City Plan go far enough? Too far? Will the big ideas get us to the kind of future you want for Fort Collins? Everything is fair game, and we can’t wait for your input!

Join us at a public event on February 13, 19, or 25 to learn more about the draft City Plan. Mark your calendars and RSVP below. The input you share will help us edit and refine the plan document before City Council considers adoption of City Plan on March 19.

As with all City Plan events, light appetizers will be served and interpretation and childcare are available with advance (5 business days) notice. Please join us!

RSVP below, and visit City Plan online for more information.
