    • LTI Granting Practices
    • LTI Granting Authority
    • Stock Ownership Guidelines
  2. Please answer all of the questions to the best of your ability. Note that we are interested in your LTI practices as they relate exclusively to your US employees and your ongoing LTI program. Please use the most forward-looking data you have available.
  3. Please enter any information that you think would be helpful in interpreting your answers in the comments box at the bottom of each page. This is particularly important if the available options for a question don't allow for a proper characterization of your compensation program.
