2. This survey includes some personal questions. You can choose to not answer any questions that make you feel uncomfortable.

3. If you are eligible, you will be asked to provide contact information so you can be contacted by study staff to participate in the study.
1. Do you consent to be screened? *This question is required.
Thank you for your interest in the P3 research study. The goal of P3 is improve adherence to PrEP for gay and bi men and transgender women.

The purpose of our research study is to test an intervention for young men and transgender women who are on or are starting PrEP.  We are currently looking for gay or bisexual men and transgender women who can take part in a six month trial of the intervention. Participation will include an enrollment session, daily use of the intervention for 3 months (about 5 minutes daily), and returning for a follow up visit at 3 and 6 months. The study also involves collection of hair and blood samples.

Before we can move forward, we need to ensure that you meet a few eligibility requirements. The screening process is optional, and you may choose at any time not to participate. If you choose to proceed, you will be asked a few questions, and your answers will determine whether or not you are eligible to participate in a larger research study. This will take approximately 5 minutes. The screener asks questions about sensitive topics, like age, gender identity, sexual orientation, and HIV status. Some of these questions are of personal nature and you may feel uncomfortable or embarrassed answering them - you can decide to stop answering questions, at any time. If you don’t answer all the questions we may not be able to find out if you meet basic eligibility for the study and therefore, might not be able to schedule a study visit. If you meet the basic eligibility for this study and are interested in participating, the screener will ask you for your contact information to schedule a visit for you to meet with study staff.  Just so you know, any information shared in this survey is strictly confidential and will only be used for research study purposes. All the information that is gathered from you is safely stored. If you are not eligible for the study, you can choose to have your name and contact information kept by the study team if you would like to be contacted about future iTech research studies. Your information will be kept on a secure server.

The possible risks of screening for the study include the risk of breach of confidentiality. Data is encrypted on this survey website to minimize this risk.  When study staff receive your information, it will be kept on a secure server. You may not benefit personally from being in this research study.
