Description: Eating Recovery Center and Insight Behavioral Health Centers invite you to join us as we take a deeper look into loneliness, its causes, what we know about how loneliness affects us, and ways we can all combat its effects to optimize our health. This event is free and open to all members of the Chicago community. Light snacks will be provided.
