Making Workplaces Trauma Informed & Emotionally Safe for Women

Purpose

SanghWE is a non-profit organization with a mission to empower female sexual trauma survivors through education and skill-building. SanghWE has embarked on a parallel mission to raise awareness among leaders of corporate america, tech companies in particular, about the need to create  trauma-informed and emotionally safe workplaces for female IT professionals who are also sexual trauma survivors. The leadership development program, SanghWE TIES: Workplaces for Women, aims to make gender diversity initiatives more successful by creating workplaces where women can thrive.

The survey requests recommendations from female sexual trauma survivors employed in tech companies and/or corporate america for making their workplaces trauma-informed and emotionally safe for them to succeed. The responses will be utilized to develop SanghWE TIES: Workplaces for Women training program.
