If you signed up to be in the program, see below for important reminders

Student bios are due to the Commencement Office no later than Friday, April 12, 2019.
Your bio should be no longer than 190 words and include information about your overall Cal Poly experience (e.g. favorite memories, campus involvement, academic achievements, personal accomplishments, expressions of gratitude/recognition and acknowledgements).

Friday, April 12 is also the LAST day to take a professional headshot to have included in the printed program. You must take a professional headshot for it to be included in the printed program.

The Commencement Office will be taking professional headshots of all students listed in Cultural Commencement programs during the week of April 8 - April 12, 2019 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m in Building 81.
