WEST TAMAR RESIDENTS' OPINION SURVEY 2019

INTRODUCTION

This survey is part of Council’s ongoing commitment to improve services and facilities for residents within the West Tamar municipality. 

By participating in this survey you get to have your say on a range of important community issues and key areas of Council responsibility. We encourage you to use this opportunity to connect with the West Tamar Council as we value your views and opinions.
This year there is an exciting change! Simply by completing and returning your copy of the Council’s Residents’ Opinion Survey, you can go into a draw to win either a:

  • $300 credit towards the rates of your West Tamar property, or
  • 2019/2020 Family Seasons Pass to the Riverside Swim Centre (valued at $420).
 

Three lucky respondents will be drawn at random!
To enter the draw, you will need to provide your contact information as requested below. When your survey is received, your personal information will be detached from your survey answers.
The personal information provided on this form will only be used to contact and identify you, if you are a successful entrant.
Your personal information will not be used in conjunction with your answers.
Providing this information is optional, however this is a requirement if you would like to enter the draw.

  • Purpose of collection: This survey collects information about the West Tamar residents’ opinions of Council’s activities, we want your opinion
  • Coverage of the form: Residents and homeowners of the West Tamar municipality are invited to participate in this survey and are responsible for completing this form
  • Confidentiality: When completing this survey, you can choose to remain anonymous. Your completed form remains confidential to West Tamar Council
  • Due date: Please complete this form and return it to West Tamar Council by Friday 29 March 2019
  • Results: The result of this survey will be available on the West Tamar Council website (wtc.tas.gov.au.) and periodically in the Beacon. The results are used extensively as a management tool.
