This survey is part of a larger study to address just that issue – what are these Pinnacle (or best-in-class) SSCs/GICs doing differently to accelerate the adoption of data & analytics and deliver greater value for their parent enterprises? This study focuses on two aspects – the differentiated capabilities that these Pinnacle SSCs/GICs have developed and the outcomes that they have delivered.

Survey time and access
