Please be sure to visit our test administrator toolkit page to download additional documents related to your test order.

Our staff will review your request and confirm within 24 hours during regular business hours.

If your order cannot be placed for some reason (such as not having the appropriate agreements on file), we will contact you for more information and next steps that will need to be taken to get your order placed.

Once your order is approved you will have the requested test(s) added to your Online Testing account for use in future test administrations.
