Your KFC Family Fund Application for assistance has been completed and received by the Foundation staff.

The following steps will take place in the next 3 to 10 business days*

You will receive a confirmation email from SurveyGizmo at the email address you provided that your application has been received. Please hold onto this email for reference.
If your case does not meet the KFC Family Fund program guidelines, you will be informed by email.
If your case is accepted for further review, you will receive an email from the Foundation asking for the supporting documents required for your case.
After all supporting documents have been received by the Foundation, we will email you with the status of your case.
Your case will be presented to the KFC Family Fund Review Committee for final approval.
We will email you with the Review Committee’s decision of your case.

*The entire process—from application to final approval—typically takes between 3 to 10 business days. This varies based on the nature of the case and how quickly the necessary information and documentation are received by the Foundation.
