Technology Stack Survey for Support Services

Introduction

*Note: This Survey is only applicable to the Support Services research practice.
If you do not work in support, there will be additional surveys throughout the year targeting other departments. Please respond to the survey which most closely aligns with your department.



TSIA's 15th annual Technology Stack Survey for Support Services covers 10 categories of tools used by Support Services. The survey is open to everyone (not just TSIA members).

The survey addresses adoption, satisfaction, and planned spending for commonly used technologies including CRM, incident management, multi-channel tools, chatbots, knowledge management, online communities, social media monitoring, self-service portals, remote control, etc.

This survey will be perpetually open, and should take 10 - 15 minutes to complete. All respondents will automatically receive a copy of the results before our TSIA Interact event in October.
