2019 Western Trauma Association Annual Meeting Verification of Attendance and Evaluation

Thank you for attending the Western Trauma Association  49th Annual Meeting on March 3-8, 2019 in Snowmass, Colorado.

The Chapter must collect this information in order to continue to provide CME credit for WTA meetings. Your response is critical to future planning of our educational activities.

The meeting evaluation will be available until midnight PST on March 31, 2019.
