26. Permit Renewel or New? *This question is required.
Applications are only accepted between March 15th - May 10th of each year for which the permit is sought. Incomplete permit applications will not be accepted. The number of permits available is limited (refer to PC Code 17C.60.090). Pierce County Zoning restrictions may apply. Fire Prevention Bureau inspection of stand is required.
Applications are required to be submitted 4 weeks prior to the event. Incomplete permit applications will not be accepted.

  • A public display shall be conducted by a Washington State licensed pyrotechnician. These displays may be conducted at any time during the year upon approval by the Pierce County Fire Marshal
